Membership

The Society now offers four types of memberships: an Active Membership, an Associate Membership, a Student/Retired Membership, and a Corporate Membership.

Please Note: Effective January 01, 2025 all membership fees have been increased to reflect increased production cost for the Journal by $10.00. Additionally, we can no longer offer free international shipping. If you have any questions regarding these changes please contact exec.dir@jptos.org 

 

The Journal of The Patent and Trademark Office Society (JPTOS) is aware that there are third party resellers/vendors of our subscriptions.  While we endeavor to provide excellent customer service to our subscribers, we cannot be responsible for any representations made by third parties or contracts that third party resellers use.. We do not authorize third parties to resell print subscriptions of our journal. 

While we have arrangements with online vendors (e.g., HeinOnline, LexisNexis, and Westlaw) to provide access to our back catalog (i.e., articles from past issues) we do not provide subscriptions online or in print through any third party vendor.  JPTOS cannot be liable for any shipping issues caused by subscribing through third parties. In that same regard we remind our subscribers that it is your responsibility to keep us informed of any address changes.  We cannot be responsible for issues lost to non-current addresses.
To ensure quality customer service we recommend ordering your subscription directly from us.  If you ordered our journal from a third party vendor please be aware you are not actually our customer.
