Biographical information of Joshua Schwartz, the Journal's seventeenth Editor in Chief.

Joshua Schwartz served as Editor in Chief from 2010-2014 (Volumes 92-96). He has been an Examiner in Art Unit 2642 (Telecommunications) and a Primary Examiner in Art Unit 2825 (Semiconductors/Memory). He also received a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Pennsylvania, his Juris Doctorate degree from Tulane Law School, a Masters in Science in Electrical Engineering from George Washington University and a Master of Laws degree in Intellectual Property from The George Washington University School of Law. He previously served as Executive Director (2009-2010) and as an Assistant Editor (2009) for the Journal, and is furthermore admitted to the Oklahoma State Bar.
